What we publish
Daily, weekdays
The Morning Read
Interconnection activity, regulatory developments and data center demand, every item sourced.
Public, top 10
Grid activity and load growth
The top 10 states by generation queue activity and electricity sales growth, from measured public data. Not a data center suitability score.
How we work
- Public filings only. Every figure traces to a public filing, and each fact shows its date.
- Hand checks marked. A station whose figures a person matched to the source documents says so; everything else says it was screened only.
- A monthly accuracy sample. Each month a random sample of rows from every source is checked against the original filing, and the error rate is reported with its sample size.
- No predictions or calls. We report what the filings say; when a figure is old or a reason is unknown, we say so rather than guess.
